Description

Brimzo™ Eye Drops are a sterile ophthalmic suspension formulated with Brinzolamide 1.0%, used to reduce elevated intraocular pressure (IOP) in patients suffering from open-angle glaucoma or ocular hypertension. By inhibiting carbonic anhydrase in the eye, Brimzo™ effectively reduces the production of aqueous humor, thus lowering the pressure and helping to prevent vision loss or optic nerve damage.

Mechanism of Action:
Brinzolamide works by blocking carbonic anhydrase II enzymes, decreasing the secretion of intraocular fluid (aqueous humor), and helping restore normal eye pressure.
